Summers can be very hot, especially in the desert and in cities like Luxor and Aswan, so if you’re not a fan of extreme heat, it’s best to avoid June through August unless you're heading to the coast, where sea breezes keep things cooler. For both culture and comfort, March to May and September to November are perfect.
